What is BankRow2Excel?
BankRow2Excel is a web app that turns bank statement PDFs into structured Excel files. It reads every transaction row, extracts the date, amount and description, and suggests a Vietnamese accounting account code per Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC.
Is BankRow2Excel free?
Yes — your first 50 statement pages each month are free. Additional pages are charged against a prepaid VND balance you top up by bank transfer.
How does Circular 200 account coding work?
For each extracted transaction, the system analyses the description and suggests a matching account code from the Circular 200 chart of accounts. When it isn't confident enough, the code cell is left blank for the accountant to decide — it never guesses.
Which banks' statements are supported?
BankRow2Excel reads PDF statements from popular Vietnamese banks. Because it recognises transaction-table structure rather than relying on a fixed template, most statement layouts work; if you hit an unusual one, contact us for support.
What are the input and output formats?
Input is a PDF statement (scanned copies included). Output is a clean Excel (.xlsx) file — one row per transaction with date, description, amount and suggested account code, ready for formulas or import into accounting software.
Is my statement data safe?
Documents are transferred over HTTPS and used only to extract transactions for your own account. You can review and delete uploaded documents at any time from the Documents page.
How accurate is the extraction?
The system is built to reconstruct every transaction row on the statement faithfully. For account coding the principle is precision over recall: codes are filled in only when confident, and left blank otherwise for the accountant to review.
Do you support company accounts for accounting teams?
Yes. Company accounts let multiple members work together and share the company's quota and prepaid balance, with dedicated member management and billing pages.
