How to convert bank statements to Excel
Instead of retyping every transaction line, three steps turn your PDF statement into a structured Excel sheet with suggested Circular 200 account codes.
1. Upload your statement PDF
Sign in and drop your bank statement (PDF, scanned copies included) on the Upload page. The system recognises transaction tables from popular Vietnamese banks without you picking a template.
2. Automatic extraction and account coding
Every transaction row is reconstructed with the exact date, description, and amount. Each transaction also gets a suggested account code per Circular 200/2014/TT-BTC; when confidence is low the code cell is left blank for the accountant to decide.
3. Download a clean Excel file
The result is an .xlsx file with one transaction per row and clear columns — ready for formulas, reconciliation, or import into accounting software. All processed documents stay available on your Documents page.
Which formats are supported?
Input is a PDF statement — digital or scanned. Output is an Excel (.xlsx) file. Because parsing is structure-based, most Vietnamese bank statement layouts are handled.
How much does it cost?
Your first 50 statement pages each month are completely free, no card required. Additional pages draw from a prepaid balance you top up by bank transfer. More in the FAQ.
